The group did choose MOGCHS specifically one of the science classes to be the recipient of the seminar. The second meeting after the submission of the proposal was organized for the necessary details and needed preparations for the seminar. There was happened of the division of tasks to work into to successfully implement the seminar. After that meeting, Markel and Matilda together with Vett and Joy Ann went to MOGCHS last March 01, 2011 to meet the school administrators to initially discuss the seminar in which they’ve talked to Mr Nelson Absin designated as the fourth year department head. Markel and Matilda did present the details and seminar objectives and to whom it is to be targeted. Mr Absin did approve the idea and a formal letter addressed to Mr Pedro H Montejo thru his name was he asked for formalities. Successfully, they did close the deal with Mr Absin regarding the seminar. After that, Matilda did prepare the letter and secured the necessary signatories. Together with the preparation with the letter, the other members did do their assigned tasks which includes canvassing of food for the snacks of the participants, rental of the LCD Projector, and the making of certificates just to name a few.

By Wednesday, March 02, 2011, seminar details and preparations were almost done. By Thursday, March 03, 2011, the letter asked by Mr Absin was delivered and did approve the letter prior to final detail coordination with the section adviser, Mrs Rafunzel Epanis thru the efforts of Matilda who did the coordination of the final details with the concerned authorities especially to legalize the conduct of the planned seminar to the said school. The seminar was indeed a success in its implementation. Thus, the participants were participative and active in the whole duration of the seminar making it fruitful and even more educational. Everything that was planned were implemented and without flaws. With respect to the speakers, they did discuss their topics well and made it in a friendly manner making it suitable to the participants for easy digestion, understanding, and absorption of everything that was discussed.
