The Divine Mercy Shrine!

The one of a kind Divine Mercy Shrine is located in El Salvador City of Misamis Oriental... It cost about 22 million pesos through the initiative of the different sectors and residents of the said city. The said shrine is really amazing yet miraculous... The Polish priests congregation is the one who took care of the shrine. Last March 2008, it was formally turn-over to the Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro due to some administrative reasons...

Me, Myself really witnessed this Shrine that is said to be built and only located in Misamis Oriental particularly in the city... I invite everyone to witness and to visit the shrine not just merely for picture- taking but also something for spiritual purposes...

Flow of the Story!

  1. Office Set-up.
  2. The Division heads will report to the General Manager for the quarterly reports of their divisions.
  3. The General Manager will then report to the Chief Marketing Officer for the over-all reports through her Division Heads.
  4. The CMO will give feedback regarding the GM's report.
  5. The GM will then suggest for a training/seminar to the employees for she somewhat observes that despite the success and productive performance of the two (2) divisions, there is still lacking and needs to be improved or reinforcements.
  6. The CMO will then decide for to conduct a training or seminar.
  7. The entire Marketing Department will have their training seminar.
  8. The GM will instruct her Division Heads to implement as introduced in the training seminar and to conduct a re- orientation.
  9. One of the senior staff will be presented as a role model to the staffs.
  10. The Division head had observed the great improvement of her staffs' performances.
  11. The Division head will then call her staffs. Then, she will give praise and encouragement for a job will done and hoping for a continuous development.
  12. The staffs are very happy and they work full of motivation.
  13. One day, one of the staff approaches his Division head to help him for he is confused of what is really his job. He asks a lot of questions especially the question of is he doing the right thing base on his job assignment?.
  14. The Division Head will give him an Emotional support through a better role definition to reduce his anxiety and stress out of his concerns.
